Please note the limited number and availability of allotments per hotel/period/room category. It is advisable to book early, as the contingent can sell out quickly due to high demand.
How can I take advantage of the Black Friday Deal?
To get the deal, visit our website and select the desired hotel, including the number of people (adults and children) and other details such as room category. The deal will be offered if the booking is made during the promotional period.
For which periods is the Falkensteiner Black Friday Deal available?
The deal is only valid for stays in the periods specified on our promotion page. Please note that certain dates and/or room categories may be excluded, for example during the high season, on public holidays or for other reasons. Falkensteiner reserves the right to change dates even during the promotion period.
How long does the Black Friday deal last?

Can I combine the deal with other offers or discounts?
The Black Friday deal cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts. This also applies to our regular customer programme - the Spirit Club discount cannot be combined.

Is the deal limited to a certain number of nights or rooms?
Yes, allotments are allocated according to hotel, travel period and room category. The current availability can only be viewed on the online booking page of the respective hotel and varies depending on demand.
If the desired date of stay is not available, please select another date or another hotel as an alternative.
How can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellations or changes to booking details such as travel period, number of people, room category, payment method or hotel are no longer possible after a successful booking.
Furthermore, you have the option of booking our Falkensteiner "Easy Protect" cancellation protection. This allows you to cancel your holiday free of charge up to the day of arrival in the event of illness or, in the event of early departure, you will be refunded the remaining amount for your unused stay.
Do I have to be a Spirit Club member to book the Black Friday deal?
No, the deal is available to all customers, but Spirit Club members enjoy the advantage of earlier access. This increases the chances of being able to book preferred dates and rooms before the deal is opened to all guests.

Can I use the deal for group bookings?
The classic Falkensteiner Black Friday deal does not apply to group bookings. Special conditions apply to group bookings. If you have any questions, please contact our reservations team at info@reservations.falkensteiner.com to clarify the details and availability.
What should I do if the Falkensteiner Black Friday deal is not displayed in my online booking?
If the deal is not displayed, the contingent has been exhausted or the required minimum length of stay has not been reached. Please first try to change your travel period (including the number of nights) - if the deal is still not displayed, the requested date is not available. Try a new date or a different hotel within our portfolio.
Can the Black Friday Deal be applied to existing bookings?
No, the Black Friday deal only applies to new bookings.
Does the deal also apply to children's rates or other additional services?
No, the deal only applies to the room rate excluding surcharges for children, meals, massages, dogs, etc.
Which payment methods are available for hotel reservations during the Black Friday Deal?
During the Black Friday deal, hotel reservations can only be paid for by credit card or with our Falkensteiner gift vouchers. In accordance with European legislation, the 3D Secure conditions apply to your payment. Payment with Spirit Club points is not possible.
Can vouchers be used as a payment method during the Black Friday Deal?
Yes, we accept vouchers as a payment method for our Black Friday deal. However, please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per purchase.
When does my holiday have to be paid for?
The deal must be paid directly at the time of booking. 100 % of the total amount will be debited from the credit card provided when the online booking is completed via our 3D-Secure partner in compliance with the European PSD2 guidelines.
