Conference room: All-day room hire in an air conditioned, bright seminar room corresponding to the group size
Coffee breaks: Two coffee breaks, morning and afternoon (coffee from the espresso machine, excluding tea selection by Ronnefeldt and sweet or savoury snack)
Meeting drinks: Flavoured tap water and two additional drinks in the meeting room per participant (Vöslauer mineral water 0.33l and fruit juices 0.2l)
Midday lunch: Three-course business lunch as a menu or buffet (chosen by the chef) including soda and tap water together with a non-alcoholic drink
