Children Ski School

  • Winter

The ski instructor team from the ski and holiday area Gitschberg Jochtal's ski school lays the foundation for later fun while skiing.

South Tyrolian ski schools can call themselves true specialists in child training. Thanks to their expertise, they enjoy an excellent reputation.

Young skiers start with a playful and gentle introduction. Trained ski instructors teach the little ones, considering physical and psychological prerequisites, with a personalized teaching program and modify the lessons with many different games. All young skiers begin their skiing career at the Children’s Land, which offers the ideal conditions to pick up first skills. As soon as they are confident in braking in snow plough style, the ski instructors will accompany them to the slopes.

Children that can already master the snow plough, are considered as advanced skiers. Like those, brave enough to succeed on a black ski slope, but there is still a lot more to learn for everyone. From more security on the skies to the perfection of movements. Thanks to a structured training program that considers the individual needs of every child, everyone can reach their training goals so that at the end of the course, both parents and kids will be equally proud of the learning progress.

At the beginning of each course, the kids will be divided into groups with different learning objectives. Accordingly, the ski instructors develop an individual learning program: selecting the right terrain, the right slopes as well as diversified games. In this way, learning how to ski in the ski and holiday area Gitschberg Jochtal is loads of fun!
