To freshen up and energize your body and mind, € 38,00 for a group of up to 16 people.

Warm or cold hand towels (oshiboris). Two therapists come and welcome the group in the conference room and provide mini neck massages (2 min per participant, depending on the number of personnel).

GROUP FITNESS

Perfect, for example, on mornings before a meeting or during meeting breaks. Fitness is very good for rejuvenating, building concentration, and developing creativity and thinking skills. We offer yoga, office yoga for your back, yoga and meditation, Pilates, body fit, fit ball, Nordic walking and power workouts.
