The 75 m² Residences Comfort (on floors 2-4) offer space for up to 6 people. These residences have two sleeping rooms, both with a double bed. One room has a free-standing bathtub and a shower and WC, the other has a shower. There is also a separate WC. The additional living and sleeping area is equipped with a pull-out couch, a dining area and a kitchen. Each flat has its own balcony.
