National Park Paklenica

The Paklenica Canyon, known as the gateway to the national park, is one of its greatest natural phenomena, and is considered the pearl of the Velebit Mountains.

Here, you will find a 150 km long network of hiking paths, including plenty of trekking opportunities. The Canyon stretches from the lake to the interior of the Velebit Mountains. Tourists and alpine hikers can take the path beneath the largest cliff, Anic Kuk (714m), and gaze at the marvellous scenery.
