• Breakfast for morning gourmets: with us, the perfect start to the day begins with a freshly brewed, naturally served coffee or tea. We continue with crispy rolls and fresh, home-baked bread, homemade jams and our own honey, hearty sausages and a tasty selection of cheeses, a wide variety of muesli and, of course, our vitamin bombs - great regional fruit and freshly squeezed Slow Juice fruit juices. Not to forget, the freshly prepared delicate egg dishes of your choice and also served at the table.
• "Marende" - that's what we South Tyroleans call the little afternoon snack. We have reinterpreted this and will serve you four tastefully arranged, refined snacks in a wooden gourmet box every day and you can then choose your favourite place for the little snack.
• As a tribute to the Antholz Valley, we offer you a choice of an Antholz Special menu every evening as an alternative to the à la carte menu. Here you can choose any local starter, main course and dessert or select the entire Antholz menu. In this way, you have the opportunity to discover and enjoy our homeland in a culinary sense every day. When it comes to the selection of wines, you will mostly find exquisite South Tyrolean reds and whites on our wine list. The same applies to the selection of juices and water.
