Regional cuisine with exciting influences: The philosophy of the 7Summit Slow Food creates a symbiosis between the innovative cuisine of South Tyrol and taste highlights from regions with the highest mountains in Europe - from Spain to Slovenia. Changing guest chefs, together with the team around chef Federico Carsili, ensure that the summits of taste are reached. The hotel's own mountain herb garden uses existing resources in harmony with nature.
