International Rookie Champion

The adrenaline rushes, the routes are prepared, and the Bikepark Schladming in the picturesque Schladming-Dachstein region is just before the highlight of the year in junior racing: Mountainbike Downhill Rookies Cup and International Rookies Championships. In a partnership between the newly founded Bike Club Schladming Dachstein and the Bike School Pekoll, this event promises to promote young downhill talents from all over the world and offer them a platform.

The most talented young athletes will once again come to Schladming to compete for the title of "International Rookie Champion". The competitions will take place in the U11 to U19 categories over three action-packed days from 20 to 22 September 2024 and promise exciting races and outstanding performances by the up-and-coming talents.

The finish stadium of the Planai and the route along the famous finish slope offer spectators exciting insights. One third of the track is best viewed from the finish stadium. Culinary food is provided on site and the team stands can be visited.
