Prague Castle (Hradschin)
Prague Castle was founded as a fortress in the 9th century by Prince Bořivoj, the first Christian prince of Bohemia. Over the centuries, the castle complex expanded. The castle is raised up on a high hill above the Vltava and overlooks the entirety of the old city. Here are some of the top attractions that the castle is a part of: the Old Royal Palace, Vladislav Hall, the Bohemian Chancellery, StVitus Cathedral, StWenceslas Chapel, Golden Lane, St.George's Basilica and the Great South Tower of the Cathedral.
