Our hotelrooms are non-smoking establishments. Smoking is permitted on the balconies of our rooms. Kindly note that we charge a cleaning fee if you smoke in your room.
Furthermore, smoking is only permitted in our hotel in designated places, such as the smoking lounge, as well as in free areas with consideration for others.

Your dog is welcome to accompany you to the lobby, the Seespitz Restaurant & Living, the Salons Restaurant & Atelier, the Schlossbar Charly Walker and to breakfast (at the rear part of the Ballroom or at the Ballroom terrace). Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your dog to breakfast so that we can prepare an appropriate table for you. Please note that a table on the Ballroom terrace cannot be reserved.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the wellness areas, such as the spa area and the beach club.

Today many people have food intolerances or want to abstain from animal products entirely. For us, it goes without saying that we add to your holistic wellness on holiday, as well as with respect to food, by catering to your individual dietary requirements. In our restaurants vegan meals are available on request. From tofu to seasonal, home-made vegan dishes and special commercially-available vegan convenience products, seasonal fruit and sorbets. For breakfast enjoy seasonal products such as fruit, vegetables, jams and margarine. We are happy to serve you vegan spreads when you order in advance. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free products such as pasta, baked goods, cheese and sausage products, spreads and cereals are all available on request.  

If you have a diet which is vegan and/or gluten or lactose-free, we request that you inform us at the time of booking or a couple of days before you arrive.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following general cancellation conditions apply:

If you need to change your travel plans at short notice, you can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 2 days before arrival in low season, 7 days before arrival in mid season and 14 days before arrival in high season. In case of cancellation within these 2, 7 or 14 days before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the daily rate.

In case of a no-show and early departure

We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount

We recommend you to purchase travel cancellation insurance. 

In order to guarantee our early booking rates, we ask for a bank transfer or payment via SIX Saferpay of the total amount in Euro within seven days after the conclusion of your booking. Please state the reservation number when making a bank transfer and note that we do not accept cheques.

When booking our daily rate or arrangements, we ask you to provide us with your credit card details by means of a SIX Payment Link. Only an authorization of € 1,00 will be reserved to check the validity of the credit card. Payment is made on the spot upon departure.
