Austria eXtreme Triathlon

The 10th Austria eXtreme Triathlon starts in the south of Graz. There, the athletes have to swim 3.8 km in the Mur. Then they cycle 187 km via Thondorf, Kalsdorf towards Gaberl, into the Lachtal valley, over the Sölk Pass to the Sölk dam. Now the athletes already have 3,900 meters of altitude in their legs. They head down into the gorge via Kleinsölk to Pruggern. From there it goes via Aich to Weißenbach along the Enns. Via the Silberkarklamm gorge to Ramsau to the Südwand Hütte, to finally reach the finish line at the Dachstein valley station after 44 km and over +1,900 meters in altitude and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

The race is an extreme challenge for all participants. At the Austria eXtreme Triathlon, timekeeping is of secondary importance. Instead, the focus is on personal commitment and the challenging adventure that the athletes share with their coaches. The winning experience in the midst of spectacular scenery and breathtaking natural landscapes make the event an unforgettable sporting experience.
