Biodynamic Tauss Winery: Authentic enjoyment in the Southern Styria Nature Park

The biodynamic Tauss winery is located in the heart of the Southern Styria Nature Park and has been a member of the umbrella organisation DEMETER, the international organisation for biodynamic agriculture, since 2006. The winery cultivates its land in accordance with strict guidelines and with great respect for nature and its creatures. The estate's vines thrive in a natural environment characterised by the region's unique soils and the influence of natural forces. In this holistic climate, the grapes ripen into wines that embody the essence of nature and the authentic flavours of southern Styria. The winegrowers of Tauss see it as their task to recognise nature and to work respectfully with the mineral, plant, animal and water world. This attitude is reflected in their wines, which are lively and authentic essences.

Interested parties can experience the wines of the Tauss winery at a live tasting on 23 November 2024 in the evening and enjoy the unique taste of southern Styria.
