For us, however, the connection to nature goes far beyond the location, as the „12 Hoefe - La cucina dei 12 masi” is the heart of our new 12 farms-gourmet cuisine, the essence of which is based on high-quality organic food and uncompromising environmental thinking as well as striving for the highest quality.

The focus here is on a holistic approach to enjoyment. But we are just as consciously concerned with what happens beforehand: From the production of raw materials to the handling of farm animals to the origin and processing of food, we want to make sure that we are doing something good for our guests and our environment at the same time.
