Breakfast

Already in the morning gourmets are ensnared by us according to all rules of culinary art: Start your vacation day with a balanced breakfast and help yourself to the richly laid buffet. Sweet, hearty, sporty-light, vegetarian or vegan. Local delicacies await you, fresh and homemade, along with hot coffee or tea and the smoothie of the day. Order your choice of egg dishes, squeeze your own favorite juice in our vitamin corner, and dig into muesli, pastries, and all sorts of regional products. You want to have your breakfast somewhere completely different? For example, at a nearby, rustic hut? Or would you like to take your coffee in a thermos flask with you on a morning walk and enjoy it in our hotel forest while the birds are chirping? Extras, like these, we are happy to make possible for you! Just ask in advance. 

Marende

"Marende" – A South Tyrolean Afternoon Treat
In South Tyrol, we call our afternoon snack "Marende." Just as the alpine-Mediterranean cuisine is always a delightful experience, we aim to reimagine the Marende, turning it into a culinary highlight for you. Every day, you can look forward to an array of beautifully presented, sophisticated snacks at our buffet.

If you’d like to take your snack to a special spot, we’re happy to lend you one of our wooden gourmet boxes to fill yourself. Choose your ideal setting: the restaurant terrace, a picnic blanket outdoors in summer, a cozy spot with sledges and blankets in the snow during winter, or in the comfort of our inviting lobby.

Expect a variety of tasty treats, such as savory farmhouse bacon with horseradish, colorful salads with speck dumpling pralines, South Tyrolean-style tramezzini, cheese specialties, as well as farmhouse yogurt with organic muesli or freshly baked Linzer cake.
